In this podcast we interview Craig Foster, Socceroo,  international sport analyst, humanitarian, Order of Australia recipient and the current New South Wales Australian of the Year nomination. 

He has many roles  and official positions including being on the Australian multicultural council, John Moriarty football foundation, A/ professor at Torrens University, Stan sport senior football analyst and being an ambassador for amnesty international. 

We discuss many of the issues that Craig is passionate about and champions including  refugee rights, gender diversity, LGBT rights,  and confronting racism and the role of sport in bringing about positive social change . We discuss the upcoming football World Cup in Qatar  and the  human rights violations that are occurring. 

We also discuss football, Including Why the A-League is not the powerhouse that it should be and Australia’s chances in the upcoming World Cup. 

We  also find out more about Craig the person,  what he enjoys and what makes him tick. Also will we be seeing Craig the politician in the future?
